How to have glowing skin this Christmas

It’s the festive season and that means plenty of celebrations! Here’s my helpful skin care tips to ensure your skin is glowing all season long.

-Increase your intake of water. Particularly to help control under eye puffiness, drinking a lot of water really helps to prevent excess fluids from building up around the eyes. While as most people don’t realise, drinking water is the least efficient way to hydrate the skin, but it can definitely help to reduce puffiness.

-Treat your skin to one of our Intensive facials the day before your party. Giving a boost to your normal skin care routine with a facial the day before a special event can really help guarantee glowing skin. Ask for our Vitage enzyme lifting masque.

-Get a good night’s sleep. Without proper sleep, not only will you feel tired, but look it too.

-Sleep on two pillows to elevate your head. Another beneficial strategy to help reduce morning under eye puffiness by draining fluids.

–Exfoliate the neck and chest. Since more than likely you’ll be wearing something that will reveal both the neck and chest, it’s important to get this area looking smooth.

-Get your glow on. Many cosmetic companies make great shimmery powders and makeup primers to use both on the face and body to give exposed skin a sparkly glow.

I hope you find these tips helpful to get your skin looking its best for that Christmas party! Have fun!
